[Investigating] If you are using Hover’s DNS and Amazon Web Service, visitors to your site may experience intermittent connection issues
This only affects visitors who are using Google's Public DNS.
We are currently looking into this matter. If you are affected by this issue, a temporary work-around is to ask your visitors to avoid using Google Public DNS for the time being.
We appreciate your patience while we continue our investigation.

[Identified] We've identified the underlying cause of this issue - for some of our customers who are using Google's Local DNS, some of your visitors were not able to see your website resolve all the time.
In working with Google, as of late yesterday afternoon, they've white listed our Hover name servers as a temporary fix and this seems to have done the trick for the short term. Our Operations team is continuing to work on a permanent fix from our side to help with routing TCP requests differently, so this doesn't happen again in future.
We'll let you know as soon as our permanent fix is in place.
Thanks very much for your patience while we continue to work on this.
